The challenge
Product discovery can become a decision problem when shoppers see several plausible options. The work was to help a shopper understand which choice matched their needs without adding friction to the path to purchase.
The approach
We brought Aiden into the journey as a guided-selling layer. Its product-advice experience helps shoppers narrow the options through relevant questions and arrive at a more confident choice. The aim was practical: make the next step obvious when the catalog alone was not enough.
The result
The measured conversion-rate lift was 0.4 percentage points. That is an absolute change in CVR, not a relative 0.4% increase. The case illustrates how better guidance at the decision point can improve the shopping experience and the commercial outcome together.
What other brands can take from it
Start with the questions customers actually ask before buying. Then connect answers to the right products and measure whether that guidance helps more visitors complete an order.
